歐陽祺 字如山。年五十歲。生於廣東香山。弟庚。任中國駐爪哇領事。已婚。光緖八年。自費遊美。光緖二十七年。入紐約大學法科。習法律。光緖三十年。得法律學士學位。光緖三十二年。回國。繼復赴美。入加利佛尼大學。習社會學。宣統二年。得學士學位。宣統三年。得碩士學位。爲該大學敎員公會會員。充舊金山萬國移民會代表。光緖三十三年。任中國駐金山副領事。民國二年。任駐金山總領事。民國四年。充巴拿馬賽會委員會外交科長。現時住址。北京官塲胡同三十三號。
