朱兆莘 字鼎靑。年三十七歲。生於廣州。父珩。弟兆燮。已婚。子二。女一。初肄業於廣東廣雅書院西學齋。光緖三十三年。畢業於京師大學堂。授舉人。光緖三十四年。以官費遊美。入紐約大學。習商業及財政。宣統三年。得學士學位。入哥侖比亞大學
習法政。民國元年。得碩士 學位。回國。民國二年。任北京大學敎員。自後歷任參議 院議員。總統府秘書。總統府政治諮議。厦門鼓浪嶼會審 委員。爲北京律師公會會員。民國六年。任外交部特派上 海交涉員。在京住址。北京順治門外椿樹胡同十八號。
Chu, Chao-Hsin.-Born in Canton, 1880. Married, 1899. Studied at Kwang Ya College, Canton, 1894-1903; at Government University, Peking, 1903-7. Chu Jen, 1907. Arrived in America, February, 1908. Government support. Studied Commerce and Finance at New York University, 1908-11; Political Science and Law at Columbia University, 1911-12. B.C.S., 1911; M.A., 1912. Returned to China, December, 1912. Professor, Government University, Peking, 1913. Was Secretary and Political Councillor to the President, Mixed Court Magistrate of Kulangsu in Amoy, and Member of the Senate, Peking. Member, Peking Lawyers' Association. Special Commissionner of Foreign Affairs at Shanghai, 1917.
