錢崇澍　生於上海。父光鍔。本籍住址浙江海寗硤石鎭路仲里惠源堂。已婚。初學於南洋中學。南洋公學。唐山路鑛學堂。直隸高等學堂。宣統二年。以官費游美。入伊里諾愛大學。習植物學。民國三年。得學士學位。入芝加哥大學。民國五年。入哈佛大學。撰植物生理篇。載植物學公報。是年六月回國。任南京第一省立農業學校敎員。現時通信處。南京三牌樓第一農業學校。

Chien, Sung-Shu.-Born in Shanghai. Married. Studied at Nanyang College, Shanghai, 1904-7; at Tangshan Railway and Engineering College, 1908-9; at Chihlih Provincial College, Paoting, 1909-10. Arrived in America, September, 1910. Government support. Studied Botany at the University of Illinois, 1910-14; at the University of Chicago, 1914-16: at Harvard University, 1916. B.A., 1914. Author, "Plant Physiology", Botanical Gazette, 1916. Returned to China, July, 1916. Teacher, First Provincial Agricultural College, Nanking, 1916 to date.
