陳德輝 生於江蘇南京。已婚。光緖三十年。充美國聖路易博覽會湖北省代表。至美。入埃瓦大學。威斯林大學。及本薛文尼大學。習經濟。宣統元年。得學士學位。是年回國。宣統二年。任南京南洋勸業博覽會書記。民國元年。創辦江蘇省立銀行。並任該行經理。民國三年。任中國銀行顧問。民國四年。任上海商業儲蓄銀行經理。現時通信處。上海寗波路上海商業儲蓄銀行。
Chen, Kwang-Pu.-Born in Nanking, Kiangsu. Married. Went to America as delegate of the Hupeh Provincial Government to the International Exposition at St. Louis, 1904. Studied Economics at the University of Iowa, Ohio Wesleyan University and the University of Pennsylvania. A.B., Pennsylvania, 1909. Returned to China, 1909. Secretary, Nanking Exposi-tion, 1910. Organizer and Manager, Kiangsu Provincial Bauk, 1912-14. Adviser to the Bank of China, 1914. Manager, Shanghai Commercial and Savings Bauk, 1915 to date.
