Long time no see my friend. This is a very interesting book. Sorry but I found only a similar "𬵹" from https://ctext.org/dictionary.pl?if=en&char=%F0%AC%B5%B9. Can that bottom:一 be just an underline misplaced?

This page said that 艹+华 (or 花+十) was a variant of 華/花 in Vietnam, so maybe 花+一 was a variant of 華/花 in Vietnam.
